Sustained focus and attention on either the breath, symbols, sounds, colours, and thoughts allows us to reach a meditative state or an altered state of consciousness and find our own inner guidance. Meditation can also be used to manage chronic illness, manifest life changes, and stress relief, as well as much more. It complements many other healing modalities.

Spiritual Healing is also known as energetic healing, and occurs by channelling energy (described as Love, Light, God, Source, Life Force etc) and directing it to the client in a way that brings the client both benefit and relief.
